We offer Intuitive Auricular Therapy, Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing and Reflexology in our Newry therapy room. We create a space for Intuitive healing, a space where you can allow yourself to ‘stand down’, breathe and allow ‘you’ to show you what you need, to fill in the gap of where you are and where you would like to be. Energy Healing helps you to ground deeply within yourself to find those hidden resources deep within you, allowing them to do what you need them to do.
Healing is about trusting that you are meant to feel good, good about yourself, good about life, that good things are meant to happen for you. Even what is perceived as negative is happening for a reason, it is there to show you something. It’s not about pushing against things/circumstances, avoiding negative feelings or trying to pretend that everything is ok, healing helps you to create a space so that you are ready to receive whatever shows up in your life.
Its all about showing yourself a little love, compassion and accepting support when you need it. We all need a little help along the way at times. You matter, you are important, what you want in life is important, everything matters.
